Andradite Agate and Sterling Pendant Necklace
with Two Strands of Smoky Quartz Rounds & Sterling

Andradite Agate is found in Azerbajan, a country in the Caucasus region of Eurasia.  Black forms of Andradite are referred to as “Melanite,” or “Titanian Andradite,” due to the high Titanium content. Our stunning Black Andradite Agate is prong-set on a Sterling Silver Pendant handcrafted by York, ME artist Jim Daggett. The Stone is graced with Six Sterling Silver Balls, adding visual contrast.  The Pendant has a custom Sterling Bail and is stamped on the back with the artist’s name and “Sterling.”  We’ve matched the Pendant with Smoky Quartz Rounds, Cognac-colored Czech Luster Glass, and Oxidized Sterling Silver Beads.  These Stones are highlighted by Six oversized 16 by 20 mm Sterling Silver Urn Beads. The Necklace is finished with Handcrafted Stamped Sterling Cones, and finished with a Sterling Hook Clasp and 3-inch Chain Extender.  The piece weighs 154 grams and is 22 inches long. The Pendant is 2-1/4” by 1-1/2” including a 1/2” bail.
