Crab Fire Agate & Sterling Silver Pendant Necklace with
Carnelian Rounds, Coral and Tibetan Silver Ovals, Coral Cuppulini and Sterling Rondelles
This vibrant Necklace showcases a Crab Fire Agate and Sterling Silver Pendant by Metalsmith Jim Daggett. Crab Fire Agates have a fiery Red-Coral color with “crackled” veins of Grey or White, producing a distinctive look that seems to glow from within. The Fire Agate stone is set in a Raised Bezel wrapped in Twisted Sterling Silver Rope, a detail that is repeated on the custom Sterling Bail. The Pendant is stamped on the back with the artist’s hallmark and “Sterling.” We’ve draped the Pendant on a strand of Graduated Carnelian Rounds, color-matched to the Crab Fire Agate stone. The Carnelian is highlighted by Six Handcrafted Sterling Rondelle Beads -- ranging in size from 10 to 13mm -- and interspersed with Coral Cuppulini and Four 10 by 16mm Coral Ovals with Stamped Tibetan Silver Caps. The Necklace is finished with a Sterling Silver Toggle Clasp and adorned with a Sterling Kokopelli Charm, a Native American icon that embodies the American Southwest. The piece weighs 111 grams and is 22-1/2 inches long; the Pendant is 2-1/2” tall by 1-1/2” wide including the 1/2” Bail.
