Fox Turquoise and Sterling Silver Cross Pendant Necklace with Tortoise and Kingman Nuggets & Sterling

This classy piece is a veritable tour of the Southwest with Turquoise from the Fox and Tortoise Mines in Nevada, and the Kingman Mine in northwest Arizona. The Necklace features a striking Fox Turquoise and Sterling Silver Pendant by Santa Fe artist David Umpleby, displaying Five Square-Cut Stones. The Stones are Sky Blue with Grey Matrix, and are set in raised Bezels separated by Sterling Silver Balls. The back of the Pendant is marked “Sterling, Made in Santa Fe,” and has the artist’s hallmark, “DEU.”  A custom bail (attached at the back) ensures the pendant is front and center. We’ve matched the Cross with three strands of Blue, Tortoise Turquoise Nuggets,  highlighted by a variety of Sterling Silver Beads: 9 mm and 20 mm Urn Beads; Coin Beads; and handcrafted “Navajo Pearls” by Native American artist Larry Pinto.  The Tortoise Nuggets transition to a single strand of Kingman Turquoise Nuggets, providing a contrast of texture and shape. The Necklace is finished with a Sterling Silver Toggle Clasp and adorned with a Sterling Silver Kokopelli, a Native American icon that embodies the American Southwest.  This piece weighs 129 grams and is 23 inches long.  The Pendant is 3” tall by 1-7/8” wide.
