Spiny Oyster Shell and Sterling Silver Cross Pendant
Necklace with Graduated Coral Square Disc & Sterling

This striking Necklace features a Spiny Oyster Shell and Sterling Cross Pendant by Santa Fe artisan Dan Dodson.  At the center of the Cross is a Spiny Oyster Shell Oval that exhibits a range of Coral and Red tones with striations, reminiscent of a sunset.  The Cross has been decoratively stamped and is adorned with 10 Sterling Starbursts. It has a Custom Stamped Bail with markings that mirror those on the Cross.  The back of the Pendant has the artist’s hallmark: “Dan Dodson,” and “Sterling.”  We’ve paired the Pendant with color-matched Graduated Coral Disc that has an uncommon “Square” cut. The Coral is interspersed with 11 mm Sterling Silver Rounds and 12 x 14mm Faceted Sterling Near Rounds, as well as Sterling Double Ring Spacers. The Necklace is finished with a Sterling Toggle Clasp and adorned with a Sterling Silver Kokopelli Charm, a Native American icon that symbolizes the American Southwest.  It weighs 145 grams and is 21 inches long.  The Pendant is 3-1/2” by 2” including a 1/2” bail.
