Three-Strand Turquoise Tassel Necklace
with Shell Heishi, African Glass & Sterling
This show-stopping Necklace features nearly 36 inches of varied Turquoise Stones in a medley of Green, Brown, Gold & Blue. The Stones include Turquoise Nuggets, Ovals, Rondelles, Heishi, Barrel Beads and Rounds, combined in a random pattern and then integrated with Dark Brown Shell Heishi. The Turquoise is highlighted by Hand Made Sterling Silver Rounds. The primary Necklace Strands are joined at the bottom by a 19 mm Olive Green Glass Bead, creating a Six-Strand Tassel (these Glass Beads are hand made by artisans in Ghana, West Africa and imported to the U.S. by Bead to Feed, a non-profit organization*). The Necklace is finished with Sterling Silver Rounds and a Sterling S-Hook Clasp. The piece weighs 275 grams and is 30 inches long; the tassel is 5-1/2” long including ¾” glass bead.
