This terrific Necklace showcases a 7-Stone Inlaid Kingman Turquoise and Sterling Silver Pendant handcrafted by Nevada Silversmith Jim Daggett. All of the Kingman Stones are from the Mineral Park Mine in Kingman, AZ. They are representative of the varied mix of Turquoise found in the Mine, with hues ranging from light blue to turquoise to vibrant cerulean blue. The Turquoise is divided by handcrafted Sterling Silver Spacers, which add wonderful detail to the Pendant design. The Turquoise is wrapped in a Sterling Silver Bezel and set on Sterling Silver Plate that has been artfully notched. The Pendant is adorned with 10 Sterling Silver Balls that are 5 and 6mm in diameter. The Pendant drapes from a custom Wrapped Sterling Silver Bail, and is stamped on the back with the artist's hallmark and "Sterling." A striking design and a true piece of Jewelry Art.
We've paired the Pendant with 3 strands of varied Turquoise and a strand of Imperial Jasper Rounds. The Turquoise includes 6mm Funky Heishi from Nevada, 4mm Kingman Heishi from Arizona, and 9mm Turquoise Nuggets from Arizona. The Turquoise ranges in color from deep blue-green to sky blue, while the Imperial Jasper is azure blue with brown matrix. The mix of colors, textures and shapes adds great visual interest to the design. The stones are paired with 3, 4 and 6mm translucent gray Fire Polished Glass Ovals, adding translucency and sparkle. These elements are complemented by eight 8mm Sterling Silver Rounds, mirroring the Silver in the Pendant. At the top of the Necklace the 4 strands of Turquoise and Imperial Jasper transition to 4 strands of 3mm light green Fire Polished Glass, streamlining the silhouette for wearer comfort. The Necklace is finished with a Sterling Silver Toggle Clasp and adorned with a Southwest Designs Sterling Charm. The piece weighs 140 grams and is 21-3/4 inches long plus the Pendant, which is 3 inches by 1-3/8 inches including the 5/8-inch Bail (when wearing a vertical length of about 10-1/2 inches).
