This striking Necklace showcases a China Mountain Turquoise and Sterling Pendant by Navajo artist Darrell Cadman. Cadman is known for his high quality workmanship, silver stamping and striking stones and this Pendant exemplifies his work. The China Mountain Stone has an artistic mixture of green, black and brown-gold, and is encased in a raised Sterling Bezel with Rope trim. The Bezel is surrounded by 35 handcrafted Sterling Stars, individually soldered in place. The custom Bail has 9 matching Sterling Stars, and is cut in scalloped pattern with intricate hand stamping. The Pendant has a solid Sterling back that has been shaped so that the edges conform to the Stars. It is stamped with the artist's hallmark and "Sterling." We've paired the Pendant with three strands of 7mm blue and green Turquoise Rounds, mirroring the Pendant's tones. The Turquoise is paired with 12mmm Faceted Jade Cubes, and highlighted by Sterling Silver including 8mm Oxidized Rounds, 6mm Discs, and 7mm Double Ring Spacers. At the top of the Necklace the Turquoise transitions to 3mm dark brown Penn Shell Heishi, streamlining the shape. The Necklaces is finished with Sterling Silver Cones and an Ornate Sterling Toggle Clasp and adorned with a Southwest Designs Sterling Charm. The piece weighs 124 grams and is 21 inches long plus the Pendant; the Pendant is 3-1/8 inches by 1-1/2 inches including the 3/4-inch Bail.
