Graduated 35-Piece Handcrafted Sterling and Copper Bead Necklace with Sterling Silver Rounds and Toggle Clasp

This exceptional Necklace showcases 35 Sterling Silver and Copper Beads handcrafted by Nevada Silversmith Jim Daggett. The Beads are graduated — including 22, 19, 17 and 14mm dimensions (about 1 inch to 1/2 inch) — and each Bead is unique, with intricate patterns on both sides. There are 35 discrete patterns, with 70 patterns in total. Each Bead was meticulously constructed by soldering Sterling Silver onto 2 Copper Discs, forming the Discs into domed half-rounds, then soldering the 2 half-rounds together. The blend of metals and patterns is striking.

The Sterling & Copper Beads are paired with 5 and 6mm Sterling Silver Rounds. The Rounds separate each Bead, allowing them to be viewed from all angles and increasing the flexibility of the Necklace. At the top of the Necklace the Beads transition to 4mm Sterling Silver Rounds, streamlining the silhouette. The Necklace is finished with an Ornate Sterling Silver Toggle Clasp and adorned with a Southwest Designs Sterling charm. The piece weighs 224 grams (8 ounces) and is 24-3/4 inches long.
