This exceptional Necklace displays a 4-Stone Kingman Turquoise and Sterling Silver Butterfly Pendant by Nevada Silversmith Jim Daggett. The Turquoise is from the Kingman Mine in northwestern Arizona, which is know for its high-quality "Kingman Blue" rock and related color variations. Our four stones are perfectly matched — having been fashioned from the same piece of rock — and are an eye-catching sky blue with golden brown matrix. The Turquoise has been set in raised Sterling Silver Bezels on Sterling Plate that is artfully formed in the shape of a Butterfly. Each Wing is realistic in appearance, with decorative notching and curves. The Butterfly Pendant hangs from a custom, v-shaped Stamped Bail, and is marked on the back with the artist's hallmark and "Sterling." Truly an engaging and unique piece. We've paired the Butterfly Pendant with 2 strands of 10mm color-matched Turquoise Rounds. The Turquoise displays both blue and green hues, with golden brown matrix, and has a soft luster. The Turquoise Rounds are complemented by golden-colored Horn Bead Rondelles, and light blue Firepolished Glass. The Stones are highlighted by four 10mm Stamped Sterling Silver Urn Beads, which pick up the Silver tones in the Pendant and add subtle sparkle. At the top of the Necklace the Turquoise Rounds transition to 2 strands of Horn Bead Rondelles, streamlining the silhouette. The Necklace is finished with Sterling Silver Cones and Toggle Clasp and adorned with a Southwest Designs Sterling Charm. The piece weighs 116 grams and is 20 inches long plus the Pendant, which is 2-7/8 inches by 1-3/4 inches including the 1/2-inch Bail.
