Sonora Sunset and Sterling Silver Two-Band Ring with Sterling Cross Bars

Sonora Sunset and Sterling Silver 2-Band Ring Sonora Sunset and Sterling Silver 2-Band Ring

This striking Sonora Sunset and Sterling Silver Ring was crafted by Nevada Silversmith Jim Daggett. Sonora Sunset was discovered several years ago in a Copper mine in Mexico; the Stone was mined in limited quantities and is becoming increasingly rare on the market today. The unusual color combination of red (Cuprite), green (Chrysocolla) and black (Iron) makes it desirable for use in jewelry design, and our Sonora Sunset Stone is no exception. The rectangular-shaped Stone displays an attractive blend of Cuprite and Chrysocolla with a trace of Iron matrix. The Sonora Sunset has been encased in a raised Sterling Bezel mounted on solid Sterling Silver Plate. The Ring has a 2-piece Sterling Silver Band, with 2 Sterling Crossbars spanning the space between.  The Ring weighs 13 grams and is size 6-3/4.
