This eye-catching Necklace displays 2 strands of Kyanite Briolette. Kyanite is a rare mineral or gemstone found in aluminum-rich metamorphic rocks that have been subjected to high temperatures (300-400 degrees F) and elevated pressure. The stone is known for its beautiful blue color, with the name "Kyanite" coming from the same origin as the color "cyan". It is semi-translucent — allowing light to pass through — and beautifully cut into petal shapes with rounded edges. An elegant and striking presentation. We've paired the Kyanite with eight 6-by-26mm Hill Tribe Silver Rectangular Charms, adding style and shine. The Charms are stamped with oval, swirled patterns that have been subtly oxidized to accentuate the design. The Charms are set on 8mm Montana blue Czech Druk Glass Rounds, complementing the blue Kyanite and adding a bit of sparkle. At the top of the Necklace the 2 strands of Kyanite transition to 2 strands of 6mm Czech Druk Glass, streamlining the silhouette and ensuring a comfortable fit. The Necklace is finished with Sterling Silver Rounds and Hammered Toggle Clasp and adorned with a Southwest Designs Sterling Charm. The piece weighs 320 grams (about 11.5 ounces) and the 2 strands are each 23 inches long (when wearing, a vertical length of about 9 inches).
